Decoy has developed a special wire ‘hypower stainless steel’ for all its snaps and split rings. This material has properties that allow for super strength and gives longer lasting to its spring steel effect after constant use. ‘Hypower’ is the trade mark for Decoy snaps and split rings and allows Decoy to make #00 snap (8mm long) to a #11 split ring (300lb breaking strain).

LIGHT CLASS
Made from forged hypower stainless steel and finished in double black nickel plates makes these the smallest and strongest split rings in this class. Available in sizes: #0 (15lb), #1 (30lb), #2 (30lb), #3 (40lb)

MEDIUM CLASS
Made from forged hypower stainless steel and finished with an anti-corrosion finish to make it into a strong durable split ring. Available in sizes: #4 (50lb), #5 (60lb), #6 (75lb), #7 (90lb)

HEAVY CLASS

EXTRA STRONG The Decoy Extra Strong Split Ring range is manufactured using an ultra-strong ‘SUS’ wire. This material has properties that allow for super strength. The new release EX models are now 50% STRONGER than the standard split rings whilst retaining the standard radius, with a slight thickness increase.
